Cancellation Policy
To provide the best service to all of our clients and respect everyone’s time, we kindly ask that you review and follow our shop policies: Cancellations: We require at least 3 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 3 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may not be able to complete your service as scheduled. In such cases, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a nonrefundable deposit of $30.00 will be required to book future appointments. No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without notice, it will be marked as a no-show. Clients who no-show will not be able to book future appointments without leaving a $30.00 nonrefundable deposit. We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we’re happy to work with you when given proper notice. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
